A LITTLE BIT ABOUT

The Panhellenic Association at Stephen F. Austin State University is the coordinating and governing body of the five NPC-affiliated sororities on campus: Alpha Chi Omega, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Zeta, and Zeta Tau Alpha. The council is composed of six executive board members who are elected annually by each chapter’s Panhellenic delegate. The Panhellenic Association strengthens the Greek community and is responsible for promoting scholarship, philanthropy, sisterhood and Lumberjack Spirit for each sorority, as well as the entire Greek community.

When going through social media, you might notice that every chapter is using the hashtag

"#WeArePanhellenic".

We have created this hashtag to make us identifiable among other Panhellenic Councils. If you search the hashtag in any of the social medias bellow, you will find pictures and posts from all of the chapters here at SFA. It is very important to us that we are recognized as one large sisterhood.

We, as Undergraduate Members of women’s fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving, to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities, is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.

We, as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character, inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
